En dyktig ingeniør er noe alle som har eiendom på Kreta på et tidspunkt vil trenge.
Det er mange årsaker til det. Noen vil endre på eiendommen, som må søkes om.
Kanskje bygge basseng.
Ellers, som akkurat nå, være sikker på at eiendommen en eier er korrekt registrert i det nye digitale registeret for eiendom.
Om en vurderer å selge eiendommen en har, så må det også gjennom en legaliseringsprosess, det må lages til «energy efficiency» dokumentasjon.
Tomtegrenser må kanskje sjekkes mot nabo.
Mange ønsker å få bygge eget hus.
For alt dette, og mer til, er en dyktig ingeniør det viktigste. En ingeniør som selvfølgelig er faglig dyktig, men også effektiv, god på kommunikasjon.
